Terms of Service

By registering an account, deploying a server, or otherwise using GGNodes, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

GGNodes is a game server hosting service operated by Payrista, LLC, registered in Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, New Castle County, USA.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the service. If you are a minor, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for keeping your email address current (we send login codes and service notices there), and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts to evade restrictions, abuse promotions, or commit fraud.

We provide dedicated and virtualized game server hosting, including provisioning, a control panel, backups, automated tooling and support. Servers are provided on shared physical hosts and are allocated RAM, CPU and storage as described at the time of order.

Game software itself is provided by third parties (for example game publishers). We do not sell or license the games; you are responsible for owning and complying with the relevant game licences and end-user agreements.

You agree not to use the service to, and not to permit others to use it to:

We may suspend or terminate servers that breach this section, with or without notice, and without refund.

You retain ownership of the files, worlds, configurations and other content you place on your server (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, back up, transfer and operate Your Content to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for maintaining your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. While we take backups and use reliable NVMe storage, you must not rely on the service as your only backup.

Plans are offered on monthly, quarterly and annual billing cycles. Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout and recurring billing are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically and charge the payment method on file.

You may cancel at any time from your client area. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the period already paid for. Upgrades are billed immediately, pro-rated to your billing cycle.

Fees are exclusive of any taxes we are required to collect. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the affected server(s).

All sales are final and non-refundable as set out in our Refund Policy.

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause downtime.

Some regions are fulfilled on demand. Where a region has no ready capacity, a paid order is confirmed and queued as “deployment in progress”, and is automatically fulfilled once capacity is added. Such orders remain payable and non-refundable. Delays caused by high demand are typically minutes to a few hours and are not grounds for a refund.

If an upgrade requires more resources than current hardware can provide, it remains confirmed and is applied when suitable capacity is available; your files are preserved.

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if your payment fails, or to protect the service or other customers.

You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and/or requesting account closure via support.

On termination, your server data may be deleted after a short grace period. It is your responsibility to retrieve your files before termination takes effect.

The GGNodes name, logo, website, control panel customisations and related materials are owned by Payrista, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

The service relies on third-party providers including payment processing (Stripe), infrastructure providers, and game/steam services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or data preservation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payrista, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Payrista, LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
